This work shop is targeted to farmers and producers who want to grow and develop their farmer/producer direct business.
Time: Registration: begins at 9:00am
Workshop: 10:00 to 3:00,
Question & Answer session: 3:00pm to 4:00pm

$219 for 2 people from the same farm unit
Cost includes lunch prepared by Kingsland chefs and
producers made with fresh, local ingredients

2) EVENING WORKSHOP Wednesday, March 21
“How Do I Market to the Local Food Consumer?”
This two hour workshop is an evening where farmers’ market vendors and participants can learn from Joel Salatin’s path to success in developing demand for his own farm’s production. His charismatic personality will motivate and inspire you.
Time: 7:30pm to 9:30pm
Costs: $25 for our own Kingsland Farmers’ Market Vendors
$59 for all outside farmer’s market vendors/participants
Seating: 120 people
3) FARM TABLE DINNER WITH JOEL, March 21
This is a rare and intimate opportunity to enjoy direct discussions with Joel Salatin. Price includes the All Day Workshop and a dinner of delicious local foods prepared by the chefs and producers of the Kingsland Farmers’ Market.

4) HALF DAY WORKSHOP Thursday, March 22
“Accessing Local Food and Using Local Food to Build the Economy”
This workshop is geared towards food advocates, institutional buyers, government, foodies, food HUB creators and anyone else interested in local food and sustainability. Cost includes a lunch of local food prepared by the chefs and producers of Kingsland Farmers’ Market.

Cost: $89 per person
